
Before submitting an email to the Manchester Road Race, please read the FAQs below. You may find the answer to your question or concern.
Your credit card billing information must be correct to process your credit card. This info may be different from the address you used in your road race account.
Everyone should register and wear a bib if they plan to be out on the racecourse.
For safety and insurance purposes, no wheels of any kind (strollers, bicycles, in-line skates) and no pets are allowed on the race course.
The Manchester Road Race is a large charitable event. If we gave out free t-shirts, those monies would not be available for donation to worthy causes.
You should be heading toward the starting line by 9:30am. It can take 10-15 minutes to work through the crowds. If you park at Manchester Community College and take the shuttle, give yourself an additional 20-30 minutes. To be safe arrive at Manchester Community College by 8:30 and you will have plenty of time to arrive at the course, warm up and enter the starting line pack.
If you are injured, there are medical teams around the course that can return you to the start/ finish line. If you are unsure whether you can finish the race, consider carrying a cell phone so you could call a friend or relative to pick you up on the course if you can’t finish.
