Running the Race

Shuttle Bus

The shuttle service transports runners and spectators to and from the race. The shuttle includes three pick up locations and drop off areas a few blocks from the starting line. Highway message signs will direct drivers to the locations. We have doubled the number of buses and will ensure that multiple buses are loaded if people are waiting. We encourage riders to be prepared to load the buses before 8:30am to ensure plenty of time to get into the starting pack.

  • Manchester Community College -  parking lot "C".
  • Commuter parking lot in Bolton (adjacent to the old Manchester Drive In) and State of Connecticut Social Services Department parking lot.( 699 Middle Turnpike E Manchester, CT 06042)

Drop Off

  • near intersection of Main and Center Streets

Times

Before The Race

  • Buses will depart from continuously between the hours of 7:45 am and 9:15am.

After The Race

  • Return trips to both locations will run continuously between 11:00 am and 12:30 pm. Riders should return to area where they were dropped off before the race.

This service is provided free of charge to participants and spectators. No pets are allowed.
